Jasná is a popular ski resort located in the Low Tatras mountains of Slovakia. It is renowned for its excellent skiing and snowboarding conditions, making it a prime destination for winter sports enthusiasts. The Wellness Hotel Chopok in Demanovska Dolina at the foot of the Chopok Mountain is situated near the Jasna Ski Resort. It offers free spa facilities in 2 wellness centres, including 2 indoor pools, fitness centre and a free ski bus, free parking and free Wi-Fi.

The Plesnivec Wellness Centre is ideal for families with children and provides an indoor pool, an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, a cooling cave, massage showers, a tepidarium and 5 saunas. The Praslicka Wellness Centre is available for people older than 16 years and features an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, cooling pool, massage showers, a tepidarium and 5 saunas.

Guests can also enjoy a range of massage treatments including aromatherapy, honey and Indian head massages.

All of the rooms at Hotel Chopok include a balcony and come with a bathrobe and slippers, satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

Wellness Hotel Chopok also features a restaurant which serves both local Slovak and International cuisine and offers specialities such as healthy salads.

Other surcharged facilities include billiards, air-hockey, table football and game consoles.

Guests can enjoy a drink or light snack at the Relax Bar which features 7 bowling lanes available for a surcharge, and 4 billiard tables.

Wellness Hotel Chopok

The 4-star Hotel Grand Jasna is located at 1,100 metres above sea level in the centre of the mountain resort of Jasná. Built next to a ski slope, it offers a ski-to-door access. Hotel Grand features free 3 hours access to the modern wellness centre which consist of an outdoor and an indoor part. You can enjoy the Chopok Mountain views from the outdoor hot tubs, or try the cooling pond and a Finnish sauna also located outside. The inner part comprises a pool, a relaxing room and various saunas.

Each room at Hotel Grand Jasna comes with satellite TV, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobes and free toiletries. Some rooms feature a balcony and WiFi.

Delicious traditional Slovak and international dishes are served in a spacious 120-seat restaurant built in a modern but cosy style. There is a lobby bar and a summer terrace, where barbecues can be prepared in summer. Another restaurant as well as a night club, opened in a winter season, are reachable within 100 metres.

Right at the hotel you will find a ski and snowboarding school, rental of skiing, ski storage, cross-country skiing and snowboarding equipment, and a sports shop. Ski passes can be obtained on site. Leisure options include bicycle and sports equipment rental (in summer), party games and an Internet terminal. A children's corner is available as well.

Many hiking paths start right at the hotel´s doorstep and the nearest bus and train stations can be reached within a 15-minute walk.

Hotel Grand Jasna

Set in Demanovska Dolina, 5.6 km from Demanovská Ice Cave, Hotel Strachan Family Jasná offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.
